Registration General Instructions

Please indicate whether you are joining for the Rally weekend or choose to ride just one day, then complete one registration for each tandem team member (or single rider) you are registering. Change the selection in the "Tandem Team Type" dropdown box to select larger teams (triple, quad, quint) or for a single rider. If you are registering as a single rider, please enter your name and age group into the "Captain/Single Rider" fields.

You'll be able to select your lunch preference for the Saturday and Sunday rides for each registered rider .  Gluten free bread is available for all lunches. Please select the gluten free option if desired when entering the information for the rider.

• Saturday lunch includes sandwich, chips, a cookie and a bottle of water.
• Sunday lunch includes sandwich, chips, side and dessert.

Note: Please leave Registration Code as "Participant" unless otherwise instructed.

NOTE: The tandem captain or a single rider must be an adult (over 12 years old on the first day of the ride).

Please select the appropriate fee schedule for each rider based on the age of the rider. If riding a single day, be sure to select the option for the correct day.

Below is the Consent and Release Form.  Each Participant must agree to the terms stated in the release by clicking on the check box for their registration. Parents and/or Guardians of children under 18 are required to check the box for participating children they are registering.

Add the names and lunch selections for each rider on the team. We'll collect the contact information after all rider names have been added.

The Wyndham Westfield hotel does not normally offer breakfast on weekends.  They have agreed to provide a buffet breakfast for MTR guests at a cost of $15 per person each day. (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) The Springhill Suites and Hampton include breakfast.  Please note that ALL MTR participants are welcome to purchase the breakfast at the Wyndham even if they are staying elsewhere.

If you would like to purchase breakfast tickets from the Wyndam, please select the number of breakfasts you'd like for each day.

We recommend that you store your bike in your vehicle or your room however Springhill Suites does NOT allow bikes in the rooms. Limited bike storage will be available at Springhill Suites.

 Please request a storage spot only if you have an oversized bike (triple, quad, recumbent, etc) or cannot use the vehicle or room storage option. Thank you for you consideration!

MTR2025 is offering an optional banquet on Saturday evening for $40 per person.  The banquet will take place at Pro X which is an indoor sports facility located in Grand Park, 1.4 miles from the host hotel.   There will be a buffet dinner including vegetarian options.  Please indicate if you require Gluten Free or Vegan.  A cash bar will be available.  Entertainment will follow the banquet and will be open to all MTR participants.

MTR2025 will be offering special entertainment at the Pro X facility after the banquet.  This event will be open to all participants, including those who chose not to participate in the banquet.  Our volunteers are still working on exactly what the entertainment will be but it is certain to be fun!  There will be a cash bar available.

MTR2025 is offering a gravel ride option for the Sunday ride. The gravel option will start at the Biddle Park SAG stop in Sheridan with route distances of 31 and 48 miles. The gravel route will include a convenience store SAG stop and will NOT have roving road support. You will need at a minimum 40mm tires and we suggest a dedicated gravel bike. Expect thick and fairly chunky gravel in places, possibly for long stretches--unpredictably so, depending on the Boone County Highway Department's maintenance schedule for any given gravel road. Expect a challenging but scenic ride!

Your registration fee includes a Sunday evening dessert social. Please join us, after dinner on your own,  for another opportunity to socialize with your tandem friends.

The camping group is planning for the Camper's Potluck on Sunday evening. If you are staying in the RV park and would like to participate, please indicate below. 

The Monday morning ride will lead you to Quaker Park where we'll provide breakfast donuts for you. Please let us know if you plan to join us on Monday so that we can plan appropriately.

We are offering an optional mountain bike ride on Monday that will take place in Brown County State Park. There is an additional $5 fee per rider to participate in the ride + park entry fees. Please see the MTR2025 website for additional information.

We invite you to join us Sep 1 - Sep 4 for three days of varied riding in the countryside surrounding West Lafayette, Indiana—home of Purdue University, and by the Wabash River.  The event will be based at the Home2 Suites located on the north side of West Lafayette.  The cost for the tour is $65 for each adult rider (12+), free for all riders under 12. Make sure to book your hotel reservations at the host hotel or nearby location for the duration of the tour.

Race Back to Indiana MTR2025 Jersey

The MTR2025 jerseys are available in men's and women's cuts, in short sleeve and sleeveless styles. All jerseys are a standard club fit. The fabric is a mid-weight, 140 gm, moisture wicking polyester. All jerseys have a full front zipper, raglan sleeves for the short sleeve, side panels, 3 back pockets and 1 zipper pocket in the back. The men’s jersey has the silicone waist grippers and there is no elastic at the waist of the women’s jersey.
